Which SPF format should I choose?

How long does delivery take?

Order handling after payment authorization is generally 1–2 business days, followed by an estimated 4–6 business days in transit. Shipping services and charges vary by destination and appear at checkout. See the Shipping Policy for tracking and delivery issues.

Can I return or exchange something?

Eligible new, unused non-defective items may be returned after a change of mind; defective, damaged or incorrect items can also be reported. We accept eligible exchanges subject to stock and review. Apply within 30 days after delivery and receive approval before mailing. Use the free prepaid label included in the parcel; no restocking fee is charged. Full instructions are in the Refund Policy.

How quickly is a refund initiated?

Within 10 days after approval, we process and initiate the original-method refund. Bank posting can take longer. Payment authorizations are explained in our Payment Policy.
